- Japan's first urban mountain running race. The Sky Running Vertical and Sky Race will be held on Mt. Taro, beloved by the citizens of Ueda. This year, the Ueda Sky Race (26 km in distance / 3050 m of cumulative elevation gain) will be held on May 4 as the 7 race of the Skyrunner World Series.
