• Starting from the 2024 event, we will be holding the race on a new course designed to minimize elevation changes. The course will take runners through various scenic spots, including the new city area, the remains of Morioka Castle, the historic downtown area, and the rural landscapes, offering an opportunity to enjoy the charm of Morioka. We support runners by providing ample hydration and nutrition items to allow them to fully experience the essence of Morioka during the race.

    Age 18+ (High school students may not participate)
    Time Limit：6 hours *Cutoff at Check Points included.
    

    Fun Run (11.5km)

    Age 12+ (must be Junior High School student or older)
    Time Limit：1 hour 55 minutes *Cutoff at Check Points included.

    For finishers (within the time limit), we plan to provide a Southern Ironware finisher medal and a finisher towel (for fun runners, finisher towel only). Additionally, commemorative merchandise for the event (such as T-shirts, race bib clips, etc.) will be available for purchase for those interested at an additional cost.
