• You can enjoy running Matsumoto marathon surrounded by magnificent the Alps mountains and countryside. On the course, you can see the majestic Matsumoto Castle which is national treasure. Many citizens, corporations, people of the local organizers participate in the race as a volunteer, welcoming runners with hospitality. After the race, please enjoy the meal in Matsumoto. Japanese buckwheat noodles, Japanese traditional baked salty cake "Oyaki" are very tasty. Sake and craft beer made from pure Matsumoto water are good for souvenirs.
